Choosing The Most Common Lottery Numbers

A lot of people who play the Lottery believe that by choosing the most common Lottery numbers, that is the numbers that have been drawn previously on the most occasions, they will be giving themselves a far greater chance of winning the lottery.

Unfortunately it is not as simple as that, even though there is a definite list of the most popular Lottery numbers from previous UK National Lottery draws. However with each draw that takes place the list of numbers is constantly changing, and so its quite hard to keep up to date with the most common winning Lottery numbers.

The problem is with the fact that the Lottery is (or at least should be), completely random. The balls are drawn out randomly, and so even if there was a number that has been drawn twice as many as any other number, it still theoretically has a 1 in 49 chance of being drawn again.

26, 34, 44, 46, 47, 49
